Arina is a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. She did her undergraduate work at Long Island University graduating in 2001 with a Bachelors in Psychology. In 2004 Arina received her Bachelor/ Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Long Island University. In 2005 Arina received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University.
Arina understands that in order to be good at what you do you have to live it and love it. Her clinical experience spans over eleven years. She applies a holistic total body approach for the evaluation and development of an individualized treatment protocol for a multitude of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Her interests include spinal and sacro-iliac dysfunction, cervical dysfunction, rehabilitation of the hip, knee and shoulder complex as well as lower kinetic chain dysfunction. In addition the treatment of chronic pain conditions, implementation of kiniseo taping, total body rehabilitation utilizing Pilates apparatus, manual therapy and the promotion of overall health and wellness in her methodology to achieve equilibrium in the treatment of the person as a whole.
