Anna KochanovaAnna Kochanova is a NYS licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. She completed her undergraduate degree at Hunter College, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After her undergraduate work Anna worked in a Rehabilitation Center as a PT aide for over a year, which then encouraged her to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy. In 2014, Anna received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hunter College/The Graduate Center.

Anna’s clinical experience includes evaluation and treatment of spinal dysfunctions, including cervical, lumbar and sacroiliac dysfunctions. Her interests include scoliosis, TMJ, SIJ and chronic pain conditions. Anna’s treatment approach utilizes patient education, manual therapy and evidence-based practice techniques. Anna strongly believes that postural re-training and neuromuscular re-education, combined with soft tissue and joint manipulative therapy are the best tools in treating a variety of spinal conditions. Anna completed the following continuing education courses including IPA BET and IPA FM1.
